Dear Angela, I so enjoyed this evening. The class was so gentle. You went to so much trouble to make everything so welcoming. I am very pleased to announce our new location for Monday evenings and Thursday morning will be at The Village 1883 in Conestogo....just minutes away from Waterloo! Tuesday morning chair yoga will be at Trillium Lutheran Church. Tuesday evenings are at NDCC in Ayr.
