Introducing a new special monthly event, at a very special location, for everyone who needs to relieve stress. Live music played by the incredibly talented Zac Perry will create the chill vibes for thoughtful yoga-inspired movement and guided relaxation provided by Angela. Everyone is welcome. No experience is necessary. A yoga mat and a blanket will be required. Our location is the beautiful St. Matthew's Church on Benton Street in Kitchener.
This is a fully restorative and peaceful & meditative practice. There is only space for 10 people and all equipment is supplied. 6:30-8pm
Fee is $40 + tax for each class ($45.20)

Yin (deep stretch) at The Yurt
The arrival of autumn doesn't have to be a downer!
Instead, join us for this fun-filled and relaxing evening at Downey's Apple Farm! Guests are welcome to arrive between 5:30 & 6:30 and pick apples (an extra charge will apply. $27 for a 10 or $43 for a 20 lb bag) or simply enjoy the property and all it has to offer! Pre-picked apples and other items will also be available for purchase.
Roaming the orchard, the corn maze, the games and the shop will help you feel grounded and ready for a relaxing yoga practice as the sun sets in the sky. Afterwards you will be treated to apple cider and your choice of homemade butter tart, pecan, raisin or plain.
Cost for each ticket is $40 plus HST
Note: The rain date is Sept 11 should the weather be an issue.
