Mentorship Program

4 weeks

Online or in-person (90-minute weekly sessions)

Find your unique voice, refine your teaching skills and learn to lead from authenticity


This 4-week mentorship helps yoga teachers grow in confidence, develop intentional classes, and teach from the truth of who they are.

    • Transition from student to confident guide

    • Design classes that flow with intention and safety

    • Find your authentic teaching voice

    • Create meaningful workshops, events, or retreats

    • Hold grounded, inclusive, and empowering spaces

    • (Optional add-on: Continued mentoring available at $150 / 90-minute session)

  • Week 1: The Heart of Teaching — teaching from experience, not ego


    Week 2: Designing Classes with Intention — sequencing, flow, music & energy


    Week 3: Finding Your Voice — cueing, pacing, and presence


    Week 4: Expanding Beyond the Studio — community, workshops, and business

    • $500 for the full 4-week program

    • Includes 4 × 90-minute mentorship sessions and personalized feedback

    • Option for ongoing mentorship afterward at $150 per session

Corporate Wellness

4 - 10 week session packages 

In-person (60 or 90-minute weekly sessions)

Support your team’s mental and physical well-being through mindful movement, stress reduction, and connection.

  • ​More and more people are struggling mentally and physically with the effects of burnout.
    Angela’s expert coaching helps participants combat work-related stress, reduce injury and illness through preventative care, and create a deeper sense of connection and community in the workplace.

    Focus areas include:​

    • Shoulder and upper back tension relief

    • Hip and low back pain release

    • General stress release

    • Improving concentration and focus

    • Sleep hygiene

    • Reducing anxiety and fatigue

  • Programs are tailored to your team’s needs and goals, blending yoga, mobility, mindfulness, and movement education.


    Each session can include a balance of guided movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation strategies to support both physical and mental well-being. 

    Programs can be offered onsite and adjusted for any workplace setting.

  • Sessions can be offered as:

    • A single class

    • A multi-class package

    • A half-day wellness workshop

     

    Pricing varies based on session length, frequency, and group size. Each package is customized to meet your organization’s needs.

Private Coaching

When we are faced with challenges in life,  we often find ourselves falling into patterns that are no longer working, physically or mentally.

 

My years of teaching yoga and mindfulness have gifted me with experience  and knowledge that I feel truly called to share.  Improve your health, your relationships and most importantly, your relationship with yourself. 

Our time together will be structured into one hour weekly or bi-weekly sessions.

These sessions will be conducted by phone, video chat or in person depending on your comfort level, location and current needs.
