Hello I'm Angela!
My Journey
Yoga and movement have been at the heart of my life for over 30 years, keeping me strong, grounded, and centered. I am certified in both yoga and myofascial release and have hundreds of hours of experience sharing these gifts with students of all ages. This privilege of teaching continues to inspire me to deepen my own practice. I’m always learning and growing, so I can share more with my students.
My classes, workshops and retreats are designed to be safe and welcoming spaces where everyone can explore strength mobility balance, and the subtle connection of movement with breath.
I place great emphasis on honouring your body, inviting both challenge and surrender. My greatest hope however, is that you find some joy in exactly where you are, as you are, today. What I am most proud of is the community that we’ve built together. Over the years friendships have formed grown and flourished - and there’s always room for you.
