Join us for this special immersive relaxing and balancing experience.

David Villada  of Wellness Soundscapes will join Angela and together they will indulge you in a uniquely transformative evening that will combine sound healing with energy balancing and Yoga Nidra.

Sound Therapy Is a form of self-care where one gets deeply immersed in calming sounds and vibrations.

Some find that these sound frequencies aid them in their healing journey.

David and Angela will work together to journey through the energy centres of the body, known as chakras, to help you find balance and flow within. David will use the magic of the sound bowls; Angela's voice will lead you into deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra and Guided Meditation.

All you need to do is show up, dressed cozily, with an desire to experience something new.

We recommend that you bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow or two and an eye pillow or light scarf to cover your eyes if you have one. You will be lying on the mat for most of the practice so any support you require is encouraged. A chair can be provided to those who would prefer one.

We want this experience to be accessible to everyone so we have kept the tickets at $20.

If finances are a challenge for you right now, please reach out to Angela for a complimentary pass.

This workshop is aimed at improving the quality of women's emotional, physical, mental and sexual health by addressing the core issues that are stored deep in our cells.

Nadia, a pelvic health physiotherapist, will discuss general anatomy, structures of the pelvis and pelvic floor and their functions.

Your pelvic region changes through the different stages of womanhood and she will talk about conditions that are often common for women as they evolve and mature. Some of those conditions might be issues that arise during pregnancy, how that might impact you later in life, some symptoms might be related to other health or lifestyle issues.

She will also discuss conditions that may arise pre/post menopause.

Our hope is to provide a safe space in which you can feel comfortable to learn about your ever-changing body and even submit questions that you would like some professional insight on.

After the discussion, Angela will lead us through a gentle practice with recommended exercises for the pelvic floor and a soothing Yoga Nidra to encourage an intimate connection to your deeper, more private self.

What makes our retreats unique?

We feel it’s important to tap into your creative mind...a part of ourselves that often gets neglected as our daily agendas become full. One does not need to be artistic to be creative.

It feels good to not know the outcome, to not necessarily have a plan, but with playful curiosity, to forge ahead anyway. And so very often, be delighted by our abilities.

We appreciate the gravity of today's world and wish to provide a lightness;

tools for you to take home with you and use when life gets too heavy..

Join us for yoga, nature, creation, meditation, all laced with humour and love.
